Grand Marlin's Grouper Piccata
This dish is one of the most popular at Grand Marlin and for good reason. It’s fresh and splendidly seared and comes with a caper sauce that I could drink straight up. While there’s plenty to love on the menu at Grand Marlin, this is always a choice that will leave you coming back again and again. It truly does exceed all expectations.
If you’d like to try to make it at home, Grand Marlin Pensacola shared the flounder version of this recipe online back in 2015. Just gonna let you know, I tried the recipe and failed to master that crispy crust. My kitties had plenty of leftovers.
